ETRM Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve L1/L2 incidents and service requests
• Provide on-site support to Front Office, Product Control, and other stakeholders
• Analyse and troubleshoot complex ETRM-related issues
• Recommend and implement approved fixes or workarounds
• Collaborate with developers and project teams on sustainable solutions
• Maintain documentation for end users
• Identify and propose performance and stability improvements
• Participate in testing, release validation, and post-implementation support

Requirements

• 2–5 years experience supporting ETRM systems
• Expertise in Endur
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle processes (Front to Back)
• Hands-on experience with Endur configuration, workflows, and troubleshooting
• Basic familiarity with SQL, OpenJVS scripting, or other Endur integration tools
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
