ETO PCA Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead material planning, inventory control, and purchasing activities as a subject matter expert.
• Develop and implement production control functions including master scheduling, production planning, and manufacturing performance reporting.
• Establish inventory strategies to meet customer service levels and manage material availability to support delivery commitments.
• Ensure sales order fulfillment by integrating material and production planning processes.
• Coordinate with Business Units, Engineering, Quality, and Production to maintain a cost-effective manufacturing environment.
• Develop and execute annual supply chain and materials management plans, monitoring milestones for production and shipment targets.
• Drive continual cost and system improvements using Lean/Six Sigma tools.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise team staff while providing competency development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum 5 years of operations experience in demand and material planning within a manufacturing company.
• At least 3 years of team management experience.
• Extensive experience with MRP systems.
• Strong data processing capabilities and high computer literacy.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to comply with local EHS laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Experience working with SAP.
