Ethics & Compliance Specialist

About the Company

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end operational lifecycle for Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Conflicts of Interest, Gifts & Entertainment, and Events and Sponsorships
• Manage the compliance training calendar and track completion metrics
• Support the preparation of high-impact management and Board-level reporting and KPI dashboards
• Support the ongoing management of the policy lifecycle and develop guidance materials
• Serve as a point of contact for internal teams to ensure business requests align with company policies

Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of total professional experience
• 3 to 5 years focused on Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABAC) compliance
• Specialized understanding of bribery risks related to gifts, hospitality, and conflicts of interest
• Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills
• University degree in law, business, or a related compliance field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sanctions, data privacy, or third-party risk management
• Experience in fast-paced, international, tech, or publicly listed environments
• Familiarity with compliance workflow tools and automation initiatives
