Ethics and Compliance Operations Specialist

About the Company

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve compliance workflows and operational processes
• Support operational management of compliance activities including intake, approvals, and documentation
• Administer existing compliance tools, workflows, and platforms
• Support implementation and optimization of compliance systems and automation
• Maintain compliance registers, trackers, dashboards, and operational reporting materials
• Coordinate operational aspects of compliance training and awareness activities
• Work cross-functionally with Legal, HR, IT, and Finance to streamline workflows

Requirements

• Degree in business, law, compliance, operations, risk, or a related field
• At least 6 years of experience in compliance operations, legal operations, or risk operations
• Experience working within a corporate compliance, legal, or governance environment
• Working knowledge of core compliance processes (COI, ABAC, third-party risk, etc.)
• Proficiency with workflow tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, or ServiceNow
• Experience supporting process optimization or automation initiatives
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GRC tools like OneTrust, Dow Jones, or Gatekeeper
• Experience supporting dashboards, reporting automation, or data analytics
• Experience in a fast-paced, international, or tech environment
• Interest in AI and cloud infrastructure
