Ethics and Compliance Manager (Investigations)

Responsibilities

• Lead prompt, thorough, and impartial investigations into alleged violations of company policy, Code of Conduct, and workplace standards
• Manage investigations end-to-end, including intake assessment, scoping, planning, evidence gathering, and witness interviews
• Produce clear, accurate, and well-reasoned investigative documentation and reports
• Partner with Human Resources, Employment Legal, and Business Leaders to drive effective case handling
• Identify key risk themes, root causes, and control gaps to provide practical recommendations
• Support disciplinary review processes by presenting findings and surfacing relevant risks
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of policies, procedures, and investigation frameworks
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on investigation processes and policy application

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Risk Management or a related field
• Significant experience in workplace, employee relations, or ethics and compliance investigations
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage sensitive allegation reviews
• Strong investigative capability including case planning, evidence gathering, and report writing
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, compliance principles, and industry standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Sound judgment and high integrity in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience conducting investigations in a multinational organization across the APAC region
• Experience in technology, media, or internet industries
• Familiarity with disciplinary review processes and workplace risk assessment
