Ethical Auditor (CSCA)

Responsibilities

• Conduct ethical audits at factories, suppliers, and other facilities to ensure compliance with ethical standards, laws, and regulations
• Prepare detailed audit reports
• Communicate audit findings to clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences or a related major
• Strong knowledge of SA8000, ISO14001, ICTI, C-TPAT, WRAP, or BSCI
• Proven work experience in 3rd party auditing
• Experience in Environmental Audit
• Recent experience (within last 12 months) conducting SMETA, BSCI, SA8000, WRAP, or mixed audits
• Good command of spoken English
• Mandatory certification as a Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent report writing skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
