ETF Settlements, Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and ensure timely settlement of ETF creations and redemptions via NSCC/DTC and international CSDs
• Review and validate order confirmations, settlement instructions, and applicable fees
• Proactively investigate and resolve settlement fails, cash breaks, and position discrepancies
• Perform preparer and reviewer control functions in accordance with documented SOPs and risk standards
• Act as a point of contact for Authorized Participants (APs) and internal partners regarding settlement inquiries
• Utilize internal platforms for order processing, lifecycle monitoring, and reconciliations
• Prepare daily and periodic settlement, collateral, and exception reporting

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in custody, settlements, or post-trade operations
• Knowledge of NSCC/DTC settlement processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ETF servicing or primary-market workflows (in-kind baskets, cash components, and collateral)
• Familiarity with international CSDs
• Experience with ETF Global Platform or Fund Connect
