ETF Capital Markets Specialist, VP

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships and communications with lead market makers, liquidity providers, and authorized participants regarding the pricing and trading of SPDR ETFs
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve ETF market quality, product structure, and creation/redemption processes
• Lead data analysis and reporting initiatives, including the maintenance of databases for trading volumes and partner metrics
• Drive key technology initiatives and market quality monitoring enhancements for the Capital Markets team
• Support business development efforts with market makers, broker-dealers, and exchanges to expand the ETF franchise
• Provide analytical insights for regulatory affairs, due diligence questionnaires, and daily market quality commentaries
• Oversee the Authorized Participant Oversight Program and manage policies related to Select Sector ETFs

Requirements

• 7-10 years of capital markets experience with a strong ETF background
• Experience across multiple asset classes, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives
• Proficiency in Bloomberg, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proven ability to lead strategic project teams and engage with senior-level executives
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with high attention to detail
