ETF Capital Markets & Board Governance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary Capital Markets contact for clients and partners regarding ETF operations, trading, and governance.
• Collaborate with ETF issuers, broker-dealers, market makers, and fund service providers to ensure high-level client support.
• Support board governance activities for 1940 Act ETF trusts, including coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and managing trustee communications.
• Assist with governance-related initiatives and regulatory requirements for registered investment companies.
• Prepare presentation materials for board meetings, client engagements, and business development opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving trading, operations, compliance, legal, and fund administration.
• Provide insights regarding ETF trading, capital markets, and operational processes across multiple asset classes.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience within the ETF industry (operations, capital markets, trading, or fund governance).
• Strong understanding of ETF operational workflows, including creation/redemption processes and trading mechanics.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to engage senior executives and trustees.
• Strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to translate technical and operational concepts into clear communication for diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting board governance for a 1940 Act ETF issuer or registered investment company.
• Familiarity with trustee board processes and regulatory requirements under the Investment Company Act of 1940.
• Direct experience working with ETF trading or operations teams at an issuer, broker-dealer, or market maker.
• Exposure to ETF launches, fund administration, or compliance oversight.
