ETF Basket Creation, Associate 2

Responsibilities

• Produce, review, and validate daily ETF creation and redemption baskets, including cash components and interest factors.
• Execute required control checks and escalate exceptions in a timely manner to mitigate operational risk.
• Process corporate action impacts on baskets, such as splits, mergers, and delistings.
• Manage Cash-in-Lieu (CIL) adjustments in accordance with client instructions and procedural controls.
• Coordinate with internal partners including Trading, Pricing, Settlements, and Technology to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and checklists to support audits and management reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 0-2 years of operations experience within asset management, custody, fund accounting, or ETF servicing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard productivity tools.
• Strong attention to detail and a control-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive deliverables in a high-volume environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of ETF primary-market operations and basket mechanics.
• Understanding of corporate actions and their impact on fund operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear escalation judgment.
