Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize Etch processes for foundry semiconductors, including equipment set-up and new process development
- Manage mass production Etch processes to ensure stability and quality
- Drive yield improvement and productivity enhancement through statistical process control (SPC)
- Monitor and analyze production data to optimize manufacturing performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related engineering field
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience in semiconductor manufacturing
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with MOSFET Etch processes
- Proven experience in semiconductor equipment set-up
- Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and advanced data analysis tools
