About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive Agile methodology adoption, process compliance, and delivery governance across technology teams to enable consistent ways of working and ITSM alignment.
  • Facilitate and govern all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, PI Planning, and reviews.
  • Define, document, and enforce Agile process standards and governance frameworks aligned to SAFe principles.
  • Drive ITSM process compliance by embedding ServiceNow workflows, change management, and incident practices into the Agile operating rhythm.
  • Lead Agile adoption initiatives through onboarding programs, coaching sessions, and tracking adoption metrics.
  • Build and maintain management dashboards and reporting artifacts, such as sprint velocity, PI progress, and capacity utilization.
  • Identify process gaps and non-compliance patterns, defining corrective actions and tracking resolution.

Requirements

  • Master's degree with 5 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience defining and governing Agile processes and frameworks in a SAFe or scaled Agile environment.
  • Proven track record of driving Agile adoption across teams through coaching and maturity assessments.
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms, specifically ServiceNow, including change and incident management workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to design dashboards and management reports that translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies at both the team and programme levels.
  • Excellent written communication skills for producing process documentation and executive reporting.
