Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end implementation of the Investment Management System, including scoping, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align on technical requirements and deliverables.
• Support data migration strategies, including mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation between legacy and new systems.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and drive issue resolution with vendors.
• Design and deploy AI-powered automation flows using Power Automate and AI Builder for document processing and task routing.
• Build Power BI dashboards to monitor investment activities and performance metrics.
• Create user training materials and deliver training sessions to investment and operations staff.
• Document all automation flows with clear process maps and operational guides.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated experience implementing or configuring investment management platforms.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or advanced Excel.
• Experience using Microsoft suite tools, including Power Automate and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of pension fund or institutional investment operations and front-to-back office workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in international financial institutions, asset management firms, or pension funds.
• Understanding of system integration patterns, APIs, and data warehousing concepts.
