Responsibilities

• Manage, administer, and optimize the Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online.
• Design and deliver automation solutions using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and PowerShell to streamline operations.
• Oversee site administration and governance to ensure adherence to organizational policies and best practices.
• Deliver and support email security, compliance, and governance solutions within the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Leverage Microsoft Graph API to enhance platform automation, integration, and reporting capabilities.
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents and service requests via ServiceNow.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights for IT Operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define platform requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 3+ years of Microsoft 365 administration expertise.
• Strong background in email security and compliance.
• Proficiency in programming and automation tools such as PowerShell, Python, or Power Platform.
• Microsoft 365 Certifications (e.g., Teams Administrator, Messaging Administrator, or Security Administrator).
• ITIL V4 Foundation certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAFe Practitioner certification.
• Cloud Engineer Certification (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI).
• DevOps Engineer Certification (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI).
