Responsibilities

• Engineer, optimize, and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments across on-premises and cloud-hosted platforms.
• Build and maintain golden images following security baselines and pipeline best practices.
• Administer cloud-based virtual desktop solutions including Windows 365 Cloud PCs and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Integrate Citrix DaaS with Azure cloud environments ensuring alignment with enterprise security requirements.
• Serve as a Tier 2/3 engineering escalation point for Citrix, Windows, Azure, and cloud-hosted virtual desktop issues.
• Manage end-to-end vulnerability management, including assessment, remediation, and compliance tracking.
• Implement security hardening, patching, and continuous compliance monitoring across virtual desktop environments.
• Apply Agile and SAFe principles to support effective service delivery and work prioritization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant experience in the IT field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Citrix CVAD, MS Azure AVD, and Windows 365.
• 2+ years of experience with Power BI Executive Dashboards.
• 2+ years of experience with PowerShell Automation.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
• SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Practitioner (SP) certification.
• AZ-140 - Microsoft Certified Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty.
• Citrix Certified Associate – Virtualization (1Y0-204).
