Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on current and emerging cyber threats facing the organization and industry sectors.
• Lead the production and delivery of recurring threat intelligence reports and risk assessments.
• Maintain a deep understanding of advanced persistent threats (APTs), threat actor TTPs, and cyber threat trends.
• Centralize and correlate multiple threat sources, including premium, industry-shared, open-source, and dark web intelligence.
• Develop and maintain threat profiles to enhance detection and response capabilities.
• Evaluate and implement deception techniques designed to thwart adversaries.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and external entities such as law enforcement and government agencies.
• Use automation to streamline threat intelligence while providing human analysis for actionable decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of Information Security experience, with a majority of time spent in a Security Operations Center (SOC).
• Strong knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework, CVSS, and kill chain methodology.
• Proficiency in SIEM, IDS/IPS, and SOAR solutions.
• Experience with OSINT and deception techniques.
• Familiarity with enterprise scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Demonstrated experience in incident handling, threat hunting, and vulnerability management.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• GIAC Certifications (GCIH, GCTI, or GREM).
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
• Experience with OpenAI GPT models via Azure, including fine-tuning and deployment.
• Understanding of generative models such as GANs and their security applications.
