Responsibilities

• Contribute to the technical design, development, and implementation of WBG Benefits solutions and integrated HCM initiatives.
• Perform feasibility analysis and support solution design and integration efforts.
• Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to clarify requirements and define technical specifications.
• Lead small projects or workstreams, providing technical direction as needed.
• Develop, configure, and test solutions, including conducting code reviews and contributing to test plans.
• Support production systems through monitoring, maintenance, and on-call support.
• Provide technical documentation, user training, and mentorship to team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 2 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience designing and implementing integrated HCM solutions.
• Strong technical and functional expertise in benefits administration and management.
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing custom solutions across diverse technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience in code reviews and solution architecture.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
