Responsibilities

• Lead the adoption and migration of ServiceNow Platform Analytics, including dashboards and visualizations for ITSM and custom applications.
• Design, configure, and maintain interactive executive and operational dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable analytics solutions and efficient data structures.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to support reporting, data validation, and analytics needs.
• Design and maintain logical and physical database models, ensuring data quality, integrity, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with platform owners, developers, and stakeholders to align analytics with enterprise standards.
• Provide production support, technical documentation, and knowledge transfer for all reporting solutions.

Requirements

• Master's degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive expertise in ServiceNow Platform Analytics, including workspace, dashboards, and data models.
• Proficiency in enterprise reporting tools, specifically Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and Tableau.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with SQL Server for reporting and analytics.
• Deep understanding of data modeling concepts such as star schema, ETL processes, and relationship management.
• Experience with Row Level Security (RLS), query optimization, and incremental refresh.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating Power BI with ServiceNow via APIs or data warehouses.
• Proven ability to manage and publish dashboards on Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, internationally diverse, and collaborative environment.
