About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured and exploratory analysis across talent data sources to generate insights across the employee lifecycle
  • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting products using Power BI to support decision-making
  • Apply data storytelling to translate complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives and executive-level presentations
  • Design and implement automated reporting, data pipelines, and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Explore and apply generative AI tools, such as agents and copilots, to streamline analysis and reporting processes
  • Act as a bridge between HR, data, and technology teams to translate business needs into actionable analytical solutions

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, HR analytics, or workforce insights
  • Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and data manipulation
  • Proven experience developing interactive dashboards and analytical products using Power BI
  • Hands-on experience designing automated reporting solutions and data pipelines
  • Experience applying generative AI to enhance data analysis or workflow automation
