About the role
Responsibilities
- Assess and improve SDLC practices across requirements, development, testing, and release within agile teams
- Identify gaps in delivery flow, quality, and developer productivity to design GenAI-driven experiments
- Apply modern GenAI tools, such as coding assistants and prompt workflows, to real-world engineering scenarios
- Develop reusable patterns for prompt engineering, code generation, and test automation
- Contribute hands-on to the design and prototyping of an internal agentic AI framework
- Build and evaluate agent workflows leveraging SDLC artifacts like code, backlogs, and documentation
- Define and track KPIs linked to SDLC efficiency and GenAI adoption
- Communicate findings and practical implications to engineering teams, product roles, and leadership
Requirements
- Master's degree with 5 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree with 7 years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineering practitioner (Staff, Principal, or Engineering Manager level)
- Hands-on experience with GenAI tools applied to engineering workflows within the last 24 months
- Demonstrated ability to improve SDLC practices through practical implementation
- Experience working within structured delivery environments, such as Agile at scale
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with agentic frameworks, including multi-agent workflows or orchestration frameworks
- Background in financial services or other highly regulated environments
- Familiarity with SAFe Agile or similar scaled frameworks
