ET Consultant (ERP S/4 Business Analyst)

Responsibilities

• Support ERP transition testing, user acceptance, and production readiness
• Support ongoing improvement of business processes within SAP S/4HANA
• Prepare functional specifications for system enhancements and custom developments
• Coordinate with developers, integration teams, security teams, and business stakeholders
• Test configured solutions prior to release
• Support user training, adoption activities, and education on SAP S/4HANA capabilities

Requirements

• Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of WBG Trust fund processes within an ERP environment
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA functional testing, defect resolution, and process validation
• Experience preparing functional specifications for enhancements and custom developments
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively in a matrix management environment
