ET Consultant (Device Lifecycle And Experience Analyst – Device Provisioning Coordinator)

Responsibilities

• Perform device provisioning activities for PC, Mobile, and Print, including procurement, product receipt, and inventory management
• Coordinate device request distribution with a focus on Experience Level Agreements (XLA)
• Manage modern inventory management tools and configure vendor systems to support automated B2B transactions
• Serve as the primary device provisioning point of contact for ITSDX service leads and staff
• Write and update standard operating procedures for relevant products and services
• Identify and resolve complex productivity blockers through automation and process enhancement

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 2 years of experience (or a Bachelor's degree with 1 year of related IT experience)
• Proven experience in logistics, inventory management, and vendor relationship management
• Proficiency with IT service management platforms such as ServiceNow
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
• Strong technical knowledge of WinOS and iOS environments
• Excellent customer service, analytical, and conflict resolution skills
