Estimator/Sales

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to estimate the cost of jobs and services
• Follow up with prospective customers via phone or email
• Ensure customer needs and expectations are clearly communicated and accurately documented in written proposals
• Schedule color consultants when necessary
• Ensure all field marketing programs are being executed effectively

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
• Ability to solve problems quickly and non-aggressively
• Professional appearance and personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Construction or painting experience is helpful but not required
