About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates based on automotive engineering drawings and specifications
- Calculate costs for the production of automotive metal stampings and welded assemblies
- Analyze technical requirements to ensure accurate quoting for stamping and assembly processes
Requirements
- 3-5 years of quoting experience specifically in stamping, tool & die, or welded assembly
- Strong knowledge of the stamping process, tool & die build, and assembly procedures
- Proficiency with database and spreadsheet software programs
- Bachelor's degree or higher
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of developing tool & die processes
- Experience with die design or die simulation
