Estimator

Responsibilities

• Create economic offers and reliable calculations for construction projects
• Determine costs for construction services through independent calculations and price inquiries with suppliers and subcontractors
• Support operational units by preparing technical and economic calculations
• Consolidate individual trade calculations into a comprehensive total calculation
• Monitor calculations and the preparation of offers responsibly
• Prepare order and work calculations
• Develop various project alternatives and special proposals

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering (FH/TU) or a comparable professional qualification
• Multi-year professional experience as an Estimator or in a comparable position
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with calculation software, ideally RIB iTWO
• Analytical thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong communication and assertive skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
