Estimator, Real Estate

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed construction cost estimates and cost plans across multiple project stages
• Analyse drawings, specifications and construction documentation
• Support key tendering activities, including preparation of pre-tender estimates and commercial evaluations
• Review contractor and supplier quotations
• Assist in benchmarking and market cost analysis activities
• Support procurement and tendering activities, including bid comparisons and commercial evaluations
• Contribute to value engineering and cost optimisation exercises
• Maintain estimating databases, pricing information and historical cost data
• Identify project risks, assumptions and exclusions within estimates
• Collaborate with Project Management, Cost Management and technical teams to support project delivery
• Prepare clear estimating reports and supporting documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Architecture, Construction Management or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience within construction projects
• Previous experience in estimating within the real estate sector
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, costs and market pricing
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software/tools
• Fluency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English
