- Support project cost control during the execution phase
- Ensure high accuracy in all calculations and technical assessments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as an estimator
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Experience using SAP2000 and ETABS
- Strong understanding of actual market pricing and construction costs
- Highly detail-oriented with a focus on mathematical accuracy
