Estimator

Responsibilities

• Estimate project costs and resources
• Prepare tender submissions to minimize risk and maximize profit
• Build and maintain commercial relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for competitive pricing
• Support value engineering initiatives
• Collaborate with design, planning, and commercial teams
• Participate in project handovers to delivery teams

Requirements

• Experience working with a Main Contractor (ideally Tier 2 or above)
• Proficiency in Excel and estimating system software
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
