Responsibilities
- Develop detailed cost estimates based on project scope and specifications
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to gather relevant information
- Analyze costs related to materials, labor, and equipment
- Update and maintain cost databases and standard estimating procedures
- Assist in preparing bids and proposals
- Provide cost-related input during project reviews and meetings
- Ensure estimates comply with company standards and policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of cost estimation experience in the construction industry
- Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and costs
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
