Estimator in Road and Civil Engineering

Responsibilities

• Create economic offers and reliable calculations for road and civil engineering projects
• Determine costs for construction services through independent calculations and price inquiries with suppliers and subcontractors
• Support operational units by preparing technical and economic calculations
• Consolidate individual trade calculations into a comprehensive total calculation
• Monitor calculations and the preparation of offers responsibly
• Prepare order and work calculations
• Develop alternative variants and special proposals

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering (FH/TU) or comparable professional training
• Several years of relevant experience as an estimator or in a comparable position
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience with RIB iTWO or similar calculation and billing software
• Independent, committed, and team-oriented working style
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking, communication, and assertiveness skills
