Estimator for Sewer and Civil Engineering

Responsibilities

• Independently process and calculate projects in the field of sewer, pipeline, and civil engineering
• Analyze and evaluate tender documents, bills of quantities, and technical plans
• Determine quantities and create economically and technically sound cost estimates
• Request and evaluate offers from subcontractors and suppliers
• Prepare supplementary offers and technical alternative proposals
• Participate in contract award negotiations and offer presentations
• Support site management with project preparation and handover
• Perform cost analyses and calculate additional work/claims

Requirements

• Completed degree in Civil Engineering, training as a Bautechniker, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in calculation for sewer, pipeline, and civil engineering projects
• Confident handling of VOB and technical regulations in civil engineering
• Experience with calculation software, ideally RIB iTWO
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Structured and independent working style
• Economic thinking, negotiation skills, and ability to work in a team
