Estimator

Responsibilities

• Development of local and object estimates
• Compilation of resource statements and calculation of contract prices
• Preparation, verification, and support of certificates of completed works (KB-2v) and certificates of the cost of completed works (KB-3)
• Analysis of design and estimate documentation, drawings, diagrams, and specifications
• Work with specialized software for estimate calculation
• Preparation of tender documentation and commercial proposals
• Monitoring market prices for construction materials, equipment, and services
• Interaction with the accounting department regarding reconciliation acts, material write-offs, and other supporting documentation

Requirements

• Experience working as an estimator
• Confident knowledge of current construction norms, DSTU, and relevant legislation
• Mandatory proficiency in AVK-5 software
• Experience with Smeta-Plus, CREDO, or other estimation software is an advantage
• Ability to read design and technical documentation
• Experience in preparing estimate documentation and certificates of completed works
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles related to construction projects
• Experience in preparing tender documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or BIM technologies is an advantage
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and analytical thinking
