Estimator

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates ranging from conceptual budgets to detailed take-offs
• Analyze subcontractor and vendor bids for completeness and accuracy
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, architects, and engineers
• Support preconstruction efforts, including site visits and bid meetings
• Assist with project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in a team environment
• Experience level is flexible; we welcome both recent graduates and experienced professionals

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with professional estimating software
• Prior experience in general contracting or commercial construction
