Estimator - DM&C

Responsibilities

• Lead Class 2 through Class 5 estimating processes for capital projects and portfolios.
• Develop Project Cost Estimates and Basis of Estimate (BoE) in alignment with CPMS standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to refine estimated costs.
• Validate contractor estimates and engineering studies, challenging productivity and resource assumptions.
• Integrate contingency planning, escalation factors, and risk analysis into cost estimates.
• Participate in cost and schedule risk assessment engagements and support cost model development.
• Provide accurate cost projections and alternative scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) for budgeting and forecasting.
• Mentor and train team members on cost estimating best practices and software tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or Construction Science.
• 10 years of experience in Cost Estimating or Cost Engineering.
