Estimator

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, timely, and competitive bids for commercial and industrial door and dock systems
• Review quote requests, create scopes, material lists, and product selections to generate project cost estimates
• Develop advanced knowledge of door and dock products, vendors, and labor standards
• Educate sales team and assist customers in product selection to ensure best project outcomes
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Meet or exceed annual estimating volume expectations

Requirements

• Experience with blueprints/plans and specs highly desired
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work overtime as required
