Estimator

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates using market data and subcontractor input
• Review tender documentation to identify risks and opportunities to enhance commercial edge
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing
• Develop preliminaries by incorporating logistics plans, schedules, and other key project requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen tender submissions and identify value-add opportunities

Requirements

• Trade or tertiary qualification in Building, Construction, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying
• 3–5 years of estimating experience within the construction industry
• Proven expertise in cost estimation, risk assessment, and budget development
• Proficiency in interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and methodologies
• Strong relationship management skills and commercial acumen
