Estimation Engineer - Fire Protection Systems

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgetary proposals and competitive bids for fire protection systems during project planning and execution stages.
• Support Consultants, PMCs, EPCs, and End Users by providing technical proposals during the FEED stage.
• Manage tender-related files, quotations, and documentation while conducting site surveys and attending bid-clarification meetings.
• Review tender documents and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure thorough understanding of requirements.
• Engage with sub-vendors and subcontractors in compliance with company procurement policies.
• Estimate costs for products, engineering, labor, and project management.
• Prepare risk registers and submit structured proposals aligned with customer requirements and company policies.
• Participate in techno-commercial negotiations and facilitate seamless project handovers to operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Fire Protection Systems.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA standards, local codes, and ADNOC requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite.
• Experience with Oil & Gas industry practices.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
