Estimating Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all estimating personnel and activities
• Ensure accuracy and quality while maximizing margins in fabrication, refurbishment, and graphics
• Participate in all aspects of fabrication estimating and bid preparations for industrial, automotive, and special event projects
• Monitor, review, and adjust workloads between estimating personnel
• Enforce comprehensive estimating standards and policies
• Engage with international suppliers and contractors for global sourcing and pricing advantages
• Collaborate with Account Management, Creative, and Design teams
• Review and sign-off on estimates and scopes for fabrication projects
• Conduct yearly performance reviews and provide leadership to team members
• Provide weekly reports on fabrication project financial status and project projections

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8 years of industry experience
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM manufacturing and fabrication
• Ability to travel up to 10%
