Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality waxing, facial, body treatments, and makeup applications
• Conduct client consultations to identify contraindications and evaluate skin suitability for treatments
• Advise clients on personalized skincare routines and recommend suitable home care regimens
• Maintain deep product knowledge to promote and sell spa services and retail products
• Adhere to all esthetics policies regarding chemical usage, cleaning, sanitizing, and equipment maintenance

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional industry experience
• Valid state license for esthetics
• Expertise in waxing, facial treatments, and body treatments
• Proficiency in makeup application and skin evaluation
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong retail sales and client consultation skills
