Esthetician

Responsibilities

• Provide professional esthetics treatments and skin therapy adhering to company protocols
• Maintain revenue and guest retention goals through excellent service and retail sales
• Educate guests on services, products, and provide detailed home care prescription plans
• Set up, clean, and restock treatment rooms according to spa standards
• Uphold universal health care protocols, sanitation, and sterilization standards
• Actively promote spa treatments, retail products, and seasonal promotions
• Attend scheduled departmental meetings, trainings, and workshops

Requirements

• Applicable state license to perform esthetic services
• Accredited skin and waxing training from an approved massage school
• 12 to 18 months of experience in a high-end resort or urban day spa environment
• Availability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Computer literacy and strong communication skills
• Thorough understanding of body anatomy and contraindications for specific techniques
