About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of estate strategies, portfolio planning studies, and strategic advisory commissions.
- Develop estate strategies, development control plans, and business cases aligned to client objectives.
- Apply analytical thinking, research, and scenario testing to evaluate strategic options and inform recommendations.
- Build trusted client relationships and provide tailored strategic advice within multidisciplinary teams.
- Produce high-quality reports, presentations, and workshop materials using best-practice methodologies.
- Contribute to the growth of WSP's strategic advisory and estates planning capability.
Requirements
- Experience in estate strategy, estate planning, strategic advisory, or property consultancy within complex environments.
- A chartership-level qualification (or working towards) in a built-environment discipline such as architecture, engineering, FM, or property.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and political awareness.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for preparing high-quality deliverables.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
- Skills in visual aids and graphics tools including PowerPoint, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Experience supporting risk and change management in estates or technical environments.
