Sage Haus represents a warm, close-knit family seeking an exceptional Estate Operations Manager to oversee their household estate and 50-acre property. The role is designed for a long-term trusted partner who can bring order to a dynamic environment involving ongoing renovations, hobby farm operations, and multi-property management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full operational functioning of a large, multi-property estate system.
• Act as owner’s representative for a secondary property undergoing significant insurance-driven renovation.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, and contractor sequencing for estate and construction initiatives.
• Directly oversee the on-site caretaker and manage a broad ecosystem of vendors and specialty trades.
• Oversee agricultural operations, including seasonal farm cycles and care for farm animals (chickens, pigs, goats).
• Manage operational budgets, vendor billing, and expense tracking.
• Provide executive-level administrative support, including scheduling, travel logistics, and vendor communication.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in estate management, property operations, or household management.
• Financial literacy for reviewing invoices, receipts, and budgets.
• Experience coordinating renovation projects, contractors, or architects.
• Proficiency with modern technology, online systems, and AI tools.
• Ability to work around farm animals and maintain a smoke-free environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting multi-property estates.
• Experience serving as an owner’s representative for capital or insurance-related work.
