Estate Manager/House Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete day-to-day management and immaculate maintenance of an ultra-luxury private residence in Palm Jumeirah.
• Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary household team, including chefs, butlers, housekeepers, security, and maintenance staff.
• Manage all estate assets, including HVAC, smart home automation, security systems, landscaping, and high-value artwork.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor activities, including sourcing providers, negotiating contracts, and monitoring service quality.
• Handle financial administration, including budget preparation, expenditure control, and monthly management reporting.
• Manage procurement, inventory tracking, and household supplies to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure exceptional hospitality standards for guests and manage private events and functions with absolute discretion.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience managing luxury private residences, estates, boutique hotels, or UHNW family offices.
• Proven experience supervising large, multidisciplinary household teams.
• Strong knowledge of facilities and property management, including preventive maintenance.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital maintenance systems.
• High level of organizational skill and meticulous attention to detail.
• UAE driving licence is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, or Business Administration.
• Professional certifications in Facilities Management or Hospitality.
• Experience working with luxury smart homes and integrated building management systems.
