Estate Hospitality Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and inspire a team of wine educators and hospitality professionals
• Oversee daily operations of the Tasting Room, On-site Inn, and elevated tasting experiences
• Collaborate with Marketing, Wine Club, and Events teams for private tastings and curated events
• Maintain impeccable presentation standards in the Tasting Room and Inn
• Manage tasting room operations including scheduling, inventory, and reservation management
• Cultivate relationships with high-value guests, members, and collectors
• Monitor weekly budget and performance data including sales and staff training
• Partner with Merchandise and Marketing teams to drive sales and manage budgets

Requirements

• 3+ years of hospitality operations management experience
• 2+ years of retail sales experience
• Required experience in the wine industry
• Proven success in recruiting, hiring, and mentoring high-performing teams
• Strong sales background in luxury products
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or equivalent
• Valid Alcohol and Food Handlers cards (e.g., ServSafe, TIPS)
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Introductory wine certification (WSET, CMS, etc.)
