Responsibilities

• Generate leads and win property instructions
• Conduct property valuations
• Negotiate sales and manage client relationships throughout the property journey
• Build and grow a local estate agency business

Requirements

• Previous UK estate agency experience
• Proven experience winning instructions and negotiating sales
• Strong local market knowledge
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
