About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for Service Desk tickets
  • Assist in the management of IT assets
  • Monitor performance indicators and manage reports

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or similar degree (from the 3rd semester onwards)
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (proficiency level will be tested)
  • Availability for on-site internship in central Curitiba (6 hours daily, Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 18:00)
