Responsibilities

• Support the team in creating and updating management reports, dashboards, and databases to assist decision-making.
• Assist in the development of Business Intelligence (BI) tools and monitor performance indicators.
• Support project management by tracking schedules, activities, deliveries, and status reports.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Gemba and Kaizen to optimize operational efficiency.
• Assist in controlling and monitoring supplier payments, ensuring correct documentation and information flow.
• Contribute to the standardization, digitalization, and improvement of internal departmental processes.
• Support process monitoring within SAP to ensure uninterrupted parts supply for the plant.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in higher education in Logistics, Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields.
• Availability to intern from 07:00 to 14:00.
• Minimum of 1 year and 6 months remaining until graduation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Intermediate English skills for international interactions and system processes.
• Proactive attitude, clear communication, and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Experience or familiarity with SAP.
