Responsibilities

• Support the team in managing damages, claims, and complaints occurring during the logistics and transport process of BMW Motorrad motorcycles.
• Assist in market analysis to identify business opportunities and contribute insights for decision-making.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and spreadsheets regarding business performance and development.
• Help maintain and develop databases and analytical tools, including the construction of dashboards to monitor operational deviations.
• Support the identification of root causes for recurring transport issues and participate in continuous improvement action plans.
• Contribute to financial analyses and feasibility studies to support operational enhancements.
• Assist in the creation of management indicators, controls, and reports to ensure data reliability.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration, Economics, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 1 year and 6 months remaining until graduation.
• Residing in the São Paulo region.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Intermediate to advanced English skills.
• A passion for motorcycles and a strong desire to learn and develop within BMW Motorrad Brasil.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.
