Estagiário de Recebimento Integrado

Responsibilities

• Organize fiscal documents passing through the Integrated Receiving department
• Register fiscal documents issued by suppliers for incoming goods into the system
• Monitor the issuance of supplier invoices using the Quirius system and report discrepancies to analysts
• Handle identified discrepancies following departmental guidance
• Process billing for sales orders and internal requisitions using Oracle-EBS and Mastersaf
• Develop critical analysis skills regarding the fiscal impact of issued and received invoices
• Contribute to process reviews, organization, and departmental projects

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program (Ensino Superior)
• Familiarity with fiscal documents and tax processes
• Knowledge or interest in Oracle EBS, Mastersaf, and Quirius systems
