ESS Sales Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the ESS Sales team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks
• Assist in preparing professional quotations, presentations, and sales documents
• Conduct market and competitor research to support team decision-making
• Maintain accurate customer information and keep CRM records up to date
• Coordinate internal communication across teams and follow up on action items

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• English C1 proficiency
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail
• Proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to juggle multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales, commercial, or administrative environment
• Experience working with CRM software
• Proficiency in additional European languages
